Our menu stays true to authentic Taiwanese flavors, bringing our culture to your plate without sacrificing quality. From beef noodle soup to braised pork over rice (Lu Rou Fan) or taro balls, we are constantly improving to bring to your table new and traditional dishes offering everything you could ever want from a Taiwan night market. Chef Marysa Lee has always loved and passion on Taiwanese Authentic Food, a talent she inherited from her family, who already succeeded in the food business. While Chef Lee initially went to college for public health, after 5 years of work experience in Knorr and I-MEI Foods (Taiwan), she quickly decided that she had to pursue what she was naturally gifted at Taiwanese Authentic Food.
